My Story

My journey didn’t begin in a Fortune 500 office.

It began inside boutique consultancies, entrepreneurial teams, and multicultural environments—where responsibilities were broad, expectations were high, and every outcome truly mattered.

Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked across PR, communications, events, and market-entry projects, supporting organizations at very different stages of growth—from start-ups and SMEs to global brands, embassies, and government-linked institutions. My experience spans hospitality, travel, education, life sciences, technology, design, F&B, and the public sector, often at the intersection of strategy and on-the-ground execution.

What shaped me wasn’t hierarchy—it was ownership.

Whether leading PR programs for national tourism boards, managing China market entry for overseas companies, or supporting founders on their first visits to China, I’ve always treated client projects as if they were my own business: thinking ahead, staying close to detail, and adapting quickly when realities change.

My work has taken me across Greater China and Southeast Asia, including hands-on experience in Vietnam, collaborating closely with global partners, local teams, media, and stakeholders. Fluent in Mandarin and English, I operate comfortably between cultures, translating not just language—but expectations, priorities, and ways of working.
